PonyBabe offers free domestic shipping on orders over $200 and free international shipping on orders over $350. 

In most cases, USA orders may be returned

International orders are final sale/no returns.  Please read the following policies for more information.

Thank you for choosing to shop with PonyBabe.  Your investment supports the garment industry of New York City, and helps an independent, woman-owned business to succeed. 

It’s important for you to understand that PonyBabe is run by one person, and I will do all that is within my power to ensure a positive transaction.  Because PB is a small business and one person handles all duties, your patience is most appreciated.  You can expect a reply to any communication ASAP, within 24-48 hours. 

PonyBabe's hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10ish am-5ish pm EST.  Messages sent later in the day on Friday through Sunday evening will be answered the following Monday. 

Customer is responsible for reading, understanding and agreeing to PonyBabe's Terms of Sale, as follows:  

PAYMENT AND RECORDS

  1. All prices listed are in USD.  Payment may be made with all major credit cards or by PayPal Express Checkout.
  2. To reduce paper waste, your order will not include a packing list.  If you need documentation of your purchase, please print the confirmation that you will receive at the email address you've provided.
  3. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.

DOMESTIC (USA) ORDERS:

SHIPPING

  1. PonyBabe offers free shipping within the USA on orders over $250.  This option ships by USPS First Class Package.  Customers have the option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express, or UPS Ground if so desired.  Calculated rates are available at checkout and will be automatically added to order totals if chosen.
  2. PonyBabe cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once a package has been accepted by the shipping agent (USPS, UPS, DHL.)  When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number.  Any questions regarding the status of your shipment should be directed to the shipping agent. 
  3. Information on shipment insurance can be found through the following links: USPS, UPS, DHL.  If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact me and we will arrange it.
  4. Packages will ship ASAP, within 3-5 days of order placement (and usually sooner.)
  5. Shipping may occasionally be paused in the event of travel or personal necessity.  In this case, an announcement bar on the website will clearly communicate the dates on which shipping will resume.

RETURNS

  1. Domestic (within USA) orders are returnable.  
  2. Goods must be returned in original, unwashed, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.  PonyBabe reserves the right to deny credit for goods that are damaged or cannot otherwise be resold.  This includes make-up and deodorant stains, items that have been stretched beyond their size limits, and any other damages that prevent the items from being restocked.  Clothing that is returned in unsellable condition will not be refunded. 
  3. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.  After 7 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Goods must be mailed back to PonyBabe within 7 days of the return authorization.  Products mailed after 7 days have passed will not be refunded.
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Please choose a secure shipping method and consider insuring your package.  PonyBabe cannot be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
  5. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.  This fee will be waived if you re-order a different product within 7 days of the return request.
  6. To make a return, email me to receive a return authorization and shipping address.  Products will not be accepted without prior authorization.  In your note, please include your name, order number, and reason for return.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE USA) ORDERS:

*International orders are final sale, no returns.

International customers please note:  You are responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees that may be charged by your home country.  PonyBabe cannot predict how much these costs may amount to.

It is illegal for PonyBabe to mark an international shipment as a gift or to misrepresent the package’s value.  Please do not ask.

If you do not collect your package and it is returned to the USA, PonyBabe can offer you 2 options:

  1. Re-ship: I am happy to re-ship the package to you, and will send you an invoice for the price of postage.  
  2. Re-stock: I can accept the order for restocking, and refund your original payment, less the cost of original postage, and less a 40% restocking fee.
  3. Note:  If I'm unable to communicate with you within 7 days of receipt of a returned package, items will be restocked and no refund will be made.

EXCHANGES

Sorry, but exchanges are not possible due to the way the commerce platform works.  Please return your product and initiate a new order if you want something else.
